Shipping Information:
We aim to deliver your DUA CONCEPT order as quickly as possible. Please note that standard shipping times may vary depending on your location. We’ve provided estimated shipping days for different regions below.
If an item is in stock, it will be processed and shipped within the standard time frame. For pre-orders, delivery times may vary based on the production timeline, which will be clearly outlined in the product description.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 17 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
For orders shipped outside the EU, the price shown at checkout excludes German VAT (19%), as this only applies to deliveries within Germany and the EU. Instead, your country's own import VAT and any applicable customs duties will be charged by the carrier upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.
As our products are made in Portugal (EU), customs duties may be reduced or fully waived depending on your country's trade agreements with the EU.
