Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Germany takes 2–4 business days, and 4–7 business days across Europe. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. For delivery times to other regions, please visit our Delivery page.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at contact@dua-concept.com before sending your return. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and must be sent with a tracked service — we cannot take responsibility for untracked returns that are lost in transit.

For orders shipped outside the EU, the price shown at checkout excludes German VAT (19%) — this is automatically deducted for non-EU deliveries. However, your country's own import VAT and any applicable customs duties will be charged upon delivery by the carrier, and are the responsibility of the customer.

As our products are made in Portugal (EU), customs duties may be reduced or fully waived under existing trade agreements, depending on your country."**

If you need to make a change, email us at contact@dua-concept.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify it.

We recommend a gentle cold wash at 30 degrees. Our fabric is wrinkle-free, so there's no need to iron or steam — your piece is ready to wear on both sides, straight from the wash.

As our prints are digitally applied, please avoid rubbing or scrubbing stains directly, as this can affect the print and cause colors to fade over time. For stains, gently dab instead of rubbing, and avoid harsh detergents or bleach.

Every Dua Concept piece is fully reversible — two looks in one garment, finished so that both sides are the "right" side.

To keep both sides seamless, our care label is attached through strings so it can simply be tucked inside or removed entirely without damaging the fabric — so you're never stuck with a label showing on the side you want to wear.

Dua Concept is designed in Germany and manufactured in Portugal in small, intentional quantities.
